Ran user interviews, heuristic evaluation, and content audit; found that trust, not navigation, was the primary drop-off cause - which changed the direction of the project

Food4U: Designed a mobile app enabling restaurants to post surplus food quickly while organisations claimed donations in real time. Ran surveys, interviews, and competitive analysis; refined the experience after early prototype research showed the restaurant flow needed first priority.
Mayura Roots: Redesigned navigation and IA for a traditional Indian e-commerce site. Card sorting revealed users think by occasion, not product type - which replaced my original nav structure entirely
Ruchi Kitchen: Ran user interviews and designed a multi-mode Recipe Play feature (Video, Audio, Step-by-Step) for hands-free cooking usability
